Capacity for 100 F temperature rise in up to 1800 lbs. of honey per hour. Controllable for precise heating. 36" x 36" x 14" deep, 16 gauge type 304 all-welded stainless steel tank. 4-2" female pipe thread openings provided. Includes a 0-200 F thermometer.
