Common Problems:

Please review your billing and shipping address on the website under My Account or if you are using a Guest Check at the time of checkout. Your order may not be able to be completed if your address is not complete.

The billing address in My Account must be the same as the billing address for your credit card. We verify the credit card billing address to prevent fraudulent orders. If the two addresses do not match, your order will be rejected.

On occasion, your credit card company may reject the order if the purchase is not an item you normally purchase. In order to prevent fraudulent orders, your credit card company will review your purchases and if they see items that you do not normally purchase they may reject the order. You will have to call your credit card company to clear the purchase with them.
